Room 3 2017

On Thursday Constable Julie came to talk to us about being safe in cars. She showed us how to make our seat-belts click  and then she let us have a turn on the simulator. We learnt that it is very important to always wear a seat belt every time we are in a car.  Here are the children and teachers being safe in a seven kilometre per hour car crash. 

On Tuesday and Wednesday Room 3 had fun using the Ipads. They learnt how to use three different apps to help them with their learning. They practiced some handwriting, learnt some new spelling words and how to recognise some numbers in mathematics.

Room 3 has had a wonderful start to the year and have already taken part in a range of wonderful learning experiences. They have settled well into school and are very eager to learn.
