Room 3 2017

The   Easter Bunny paid a visit onThursday.  Happy Easter everyone!! Have a great holiday and we look forward to welcoming  you all back to Room 3 in two weeks for another term of great learning and sharing. We have lots of interesting things coming up ........

What great writers we are in Room 3. We are learning to: D raw a brainstorm Talk about the brainstorm Write some letters Start under the date Write some sounds that we hear. Write across the page. Put spaces between our words.  Put a full stop at the end of our writing. Write a sentence by ourselves. Start our sentences with a capital letter.    Here we are with our individual published stories. We wrote our own version of the 'Very Hungry Caterpillar ' to finish off our Inquiry on Life Cycles.  Great writing Room 3.     Congratulations to our award winners this week.Well done.

Cross country is coming up and we are all looking forward to taking part.We are learning to pace ourselves on the run, to never give up and always to try to be the best that we can be.         Getting ready to run.  Developmental time for an hour on Friday is Fun.  We have the chance to choose from a range of activities.We are learning new skills and also to co-operate and  share with our classmates. Here we are working together with the big blocks to create something everyone in the group is happy with.   Our Inquiry on Life Cycles is coming to an end.Come into Room 3 and look at the great Art work we have done and read our stories.
