Room 3 2017

Week 10 . What a great job Jac did as our Superstar on Friday.Wonderful pointing to the words on our class calendar. Great reading from everyone in Room 3.   We are learning to write our numbers to 10. w We are continuing to explore different shapes. What beautiful paper flowers we have made for our butterfly garden-tissue paper is fun to work with! What lovely bright paint-the butterflies will love the garden. We were really good at learning not to mix the paints up.Well done! We completed our 'Life -Cycles' of the Monarch Butterfly using different pasta shapes.Great careful work everyone -good thinking about each stage of the cycle.  

    Pre -school visits. I t's always good to welcome our pre -school visitors to Room 3 on Thursday mornings-we have been fantastic role models so far showing them all the ins and outs of school life.We look forward to them all joining our class soon. --- Our Monarch butterflies are looking beautiful.We used pastels and paints and lots of patience!     I wonder where the Monarchs are flying to-come into Room 3 and have a look at our lovely art work.  Congratulations to our 'Care Certificate 'Award winners for this week. Junior assemblies are always great -thank you to Room 5 for doing such a fabulous job of hosting last week. Keep up the good work everyone.
