Keeping Ourselves Safe

Constable Julie came to our class every day and talked to us about different ways we can keep ourselves and others safe. She read us a story about a child who was lost. We know what to do if we got lost. We learnt our full name, address and phone number.

We loved Officer Ted!

Room 3 listened very carefully to what Constable Julie said. We discussed 'touch we like,' 'touch we don't like' and 'touch that makes us feel uncomfortable' and what we could do about it. We want to have bright, sparkling colours not dark colours in our tummies.

Room 3 have learnt a new song called 'I am awesome' and they cannot wait to sing it and show the actions to the rest of the school at the big assembly.

We watched a dvd about Constable Bryan and Bobby and learnt what to say and do if someone does something we don't like.
